Daniel J. Zlatic mainly represents people injured, due to the fault of others, in matters including but not limited to automobile accidents and premises liability. Daniel has over twenty years of litigation experience in Indiana and Illinois State and Federal courts. Daniel has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. He particularly enjoys his appellate practice where, in addition to issues relevant to his personal injury practice, he has had the opportunity to advocate for his clients in family law and estate matters.
Prior to joining Rubino Ruman Crosmer & Polen, LLC, Daniel gained extensive litigation experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs. Daniel’s past experience representing insurance companies provides him insight helpful in obtaining optimal resolutions for his clients from those companies.
